HR Operations & Analytics Lead

The Ohio State University Medical Center is seeking a Sr. HR Business Operations Analyst to partner with HR leadership in building compliance- and service-focused programs. This role will help develop HR Scorecards and Enterprise Scorecards, track budget performance, and identify efficiency opportunities across WMC and OHR. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, analyze data, and ensure accurate, insightful presentations while supporting HR strategic goals and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wexner Medical Center
