Mentor Recruitment Specialist

Sevita is seeking a Mentor Recruitment Specialist to build and sustain a strong network of mentors who support individuals and families in community-based and specialized foster care programs. In this role, you will design and execute outreach strategies, engage community partners, and manage digital and in-person recruitment efforts. You will screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding for new mentors, ensuring alignment with program and regulatory standards. Working closely with clinical and program teams, you’ll match mentors to participant needs and track recruitment metrics.
