Are you handy, reliable, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? Forest Hill Health & Rehab , a leading skilled nursing facility, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.)
Perform daily inspections and upkeep of facility grounds and equipment
Respond quickly to maintenance requests to ensure resident comfort and safety
Support the Maintenance Director with larger projects and preventative maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a maintenance, repair, or facility support role preferred
Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassion and respect for working in a healthcare setting

Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
