RPA Developer Position

Max Supplier Rate: $70/hr

PPL willing to pay overtime at 1.5x

Duration: 1 year + and there may be an opportunity for contract to hire for the right candidate - it is a plus if the candidate is open to becoming a permanent employee.

Work hours: Standard Business (Mon-Fri, 8-5)

Work location: PPL General Office: 2 North 9th St., Allentown, PA 18101

NERC Access will be required - PPL will run a second, separate background check on the candidate once they start.

Skills / Experience

PPL is in search of an RPA developer with technical skillset with any RPA Platform. If the candidate had UiPath experience, that would be a plus.

This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the option to extend for further work or hire on with PPL as a full-time employee.

Expectations of Candidate

- Analyzing client's processes and delivering automation solutions

- Automating processes on UiPath technology platform

- Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate various types of meetings

- Potential for after-hours work to support production automations

- Knowledge of UIPaths REFramework

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance

- Producing test documentation and carrying out testing of automated solutions

- Supporting existing clients with their automated solutions, including carrying out change requests

- Position is on-site based in Allentown, PA

Ideal candidate would also have one or more of the following skillsets:

- Proven technical experience and/or education in an IT related environment

- General programming skills (.NET, SQL, C++, etc.)

- Knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft packages

- Analytical and logical thinking

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail

- A self-motivated individual

- Proactive with a flexible approach

- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology

Successful candidates must be able to work with little supervision and guidance. This role is a hybrid BA/Developer where the candidate must have experience in gathering the business needs, troubleshooting and then executing.
