Production Associate

Production or manufacturing experience and the ability to safely use tools and machinery are preferred for this hands-on Production Associate position.

Join a packaging manufacturer that produces shipping boxes and custom packaging for a wide range of customers, including manufacturers and medical-device companies. The facility features a lumber yard and multiple production departments, giving dependable, adaptable candidates the opportunity to learn new skills and work in the department that best matches their strengths.

Job Summary

As a Production Associate, you will help manufacture shipping boxes, skids, and other packaging products. After training, the production lead will determine which department is the best fit for your skills and the company's needs.

Job Duties

Build wooden skids and other packaging components according to specifications.
Operate saws, cutting equipment, and production machinery safely and accurately.
Assemble shipping boxes and packaging on the production line.
Move and organize lumber and materials in the lumber yard or production areas.
Support other production departments as assigned by the lead.

Pay

Pay: 16-17/hourly

Schedule

1st shift Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

2nd shift MondayThursday, 4:00 PM2:30 AM

Experience and Skill Requirements

Production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, saws, or production machinery.
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
Willingness to train in and support multiple departments.
Strong reliability, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
