Monitorsystemperformance,dataquality,andscheduledprocessestoensureaccurateandreliableoperations. WriteSQLqueriesandreportstovalidatedata,investigateissues,andsupportbusinessneeds. Assistwithapplicationadministration,useraccess,configurationupdates,anddocumentation. Partnerwithbusinessandtechnologyteamstoresolveissuesandimprovesystemefficiency. SuccessfulCandidateWillHave Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperience. 2 - 4 years of experience in application support, systems support or integrations. WorkingknowledgeofSQLanddatavalidationprinciples. Experiencesupportingpolicyadministration,claims,riskmanagement,orinsurance-relatedplatforms. Strongtroubleshooting,analytical,andcommunicationskills. ExperienceinCommercialLines,Property&Casualty,orCaptiveInsuranceenvironmentspreferred. Pay Range $70,000 - $88,000 Annual Not reflective of all benefits.
