Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient clinic in Cypress, TX, offering one-on-one, 40-minute patient sessions focused on balance, vestibular, and orthopedic care. This role replaces a current PT who is relocating, and you'll step into a fully established caseload with support, resources, and room to grow.

This is a patient-centered, outcomes-focused environment where you'll treat adults through geriatrics using modern tools and flexible, personalized treatment approaches. Additional Benefits Include:

• Compensation: Up to $100,000 based on experience
• Quarterly bonuses based on billable units up to $2,500 per month

• External CEU reimbursement considered on a case-by-case basis

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule (no weekends)
• One-on-one 40-minute patient sessions for quality care
• EMR system: WebPT
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Supportive leadership and opportunity to make a real impact
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients on home programs and long-term management
• Collaborate with team members and referring providers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using WebPT
• Contribute to a supportive, team-based clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
• 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
