Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Imperial, PA. You will be paid weekly with excellent benefits and a rewarding driving career. Compensation Weekly Guaranteed Pay: $1450 per week Hourly Pay: $27.58 per hour, OT after 40 hours Estimated Earnings: $1450 or more weekly Hours: 45+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, start 4:00‑6:00 AM Trailer Types: 48' Flatbed, sometimes Straight Truck & 53' Dry Van Freight: Flatbed load securement experience preferred Tenure Bonus: $1200 (paid $300 quarterly) Paid Training Schedule & Routes Tractor Type: Day Cab Automatics Route: Local, Home Daily Deliver to: Pittsburgh, PA area, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00‑6:00 AM start Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid) Uniforms, cell phone and boot allowance provided 401(k) rollover available now, company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (eligible as per criteria) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Roadside maintenance 24/7, trucks 36 months or newer Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test Pass a Ryder background, motor‑vehicle, and drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within last 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Responsibilities Ensuring compliance with federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency standards Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs Loading/unloading freight, or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer Performing other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug‑free workplace.
