Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with self-service technology, and helping with purchasing decisions. Ensure safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to policies, including stocking, organizing, and setting up displays. Monitor product quality, rotation, and sanitation standards, and ensure promotional displays are prominent. Follow company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity. Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and communicating progress. Assist with club pick-up orders, ensuring products are staged and ready according to policies.
