- Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the physical therapist.
- Prepare treatment areas and patient equipment prior to therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy, reporting any concerns to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients and family members on exercises and activities to support recovery.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of therapy areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
- Possess an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
- Demonstrate experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
- Possess strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
