Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of three engineers to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Implement and improve process engineering strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
• Contribute to the industrial engineering efforts to ensure high-quality standards.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong expertise in process engineering and process improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in industrial engineering.
• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Work Environment
Work under the direction of the Engineering Manager as part of a team of three other professionals. The company offers a collaborative atmosphere and values innovation and teamwork. The environment is conducive to learning and applying advanced manufacturing techniques, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Wausau, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
