JOB-SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Location: Lake Forest, IL
Pay: $19/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with food preparation and meal service
Prepare ingredients for daily meals and menu items
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
Wash, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Assist with serving food and replenishing food stations
Support cooks and the kitchen team with additional duties as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable and dependable
Previous food service or prep cook experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Must be available Monday–Friday
Must be able to work the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift
Must successfully complete required background check and drug screening
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
