The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Deliver all aspects of respiratory care including the use of a variety of ventilators and respiratory devices. /n - Assist in management of patient airways, inter-hospital transport, and ensure effective respiratory therapy treatments. /n - Work with pediatric and neonatal patient populations in NICU or PICU settings. /n - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes. /n - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to respiratory therapy to adjust treatment plans as necessary. /n - Participate in respiratory therapy department-specific orientations and training programs. /n /n/nQualifications/n /n - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential or equivalent certification. /n - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required for practice in NICU. /n - Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a PICU or level III or greater NICU environment. /n - Proficiency in operating equipment such as Hamilton and Servo – Vents, Respironics & Hamilton – BiPAP, and Fisher Paykel – HFNC. /n - Ability to perform tasks under the guidance of hospital policies and adhere to established protocols. /n - Strong communication skills and the ability to assist in patient education and support. /n /n/nWhy Work With Cuready Healthcare Staffing/n /n - Flexible scheduling options tailored to your lifestyle /n - Competitive pay packages /n - Local, travel, and contract opportunities nationwide /n - Recruiters with real healthcare experience /n - Dedicated support throughout onboarding and assignment /n /n/nEqual Opportunity Employer/n Cuready Healthcare Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
