As a Customer Service Specialist II, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of North Carolina Medicaid. You will play a crucial role in providing a single point of contact for Medicaid providers to resolve issue or provide information concerning claims or enrollment. Lead/Manage/Support the North Carolina Medicaid community Collaborate with your peers Drive average handle time in order to provide efficient call resolution Utilize your customer service and computer skills

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.30 - $20.70. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
