Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy. Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as required. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, construction materials, and labor costs to ensure competitiveness in bidding.
