Deburr Technician - Microscopes

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour

Temp to Hire

Tuesday – Saturday 7am – 3:30pm

Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and equipment to deburr, sand, and polish metal or composite medical device parts, ensuring flawless finishes.
• Operate automated tumbling machines to process batches of components.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and shop travelers to understand job requirements and quality standards.
• Utilize precision measurement tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy and cosmetic quality.
• Track progress and communicate any delays or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have experience with microscoping
  
• Experience with hand tools and basic manufacturing processes (deburring, sanding, polishing, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and safety instructions in English.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of how your work impacts the broader production process.
