Mortgage Loan Processor

Responsibilities Responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing by verifying, assembling, and entering borrower information into the system Verify income and assets documentation are complete and compliant to established guidelines Notate files to keep all necessary parties informed of loans current status Request third‑party steps as required Order any necessary documentation as needed Verify income docs, recalculate income to confirm figures are correct Review appraisal against title for accuracy of property description Review title. Work with the title officer to clear judgments/lien Verify real estate taxes are paid to date. Update aggregate escrows for both taxes and insurance Verify hazard insurance is paid in full and adequately covers the loan amount Work with Post Closing department to resolve any funding issues Requirements Two years of experience processing purchase mortgages Very strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills, detail oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel Ability to learn and adapt quickly to system updates Benefits Competitive salary PLUS monthly bonus Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company paid Life insurance Paid vacation, and holidays 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr Reliance First Capital, LLC, NMLS ID # 58775
