As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.You are:An experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperThe Work:Assist clients in implementing and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions to meet their specific marketing goals including:Assess client business requirements and develop strategic Marketing Cloud implementation roadmapsDesign and architect end-to-end marketing automation solutions tailored to client needsConfigure Marketing Cloud instances including data extensions, automations, and journeysDevelop strategic campaign frameworks and customer journey orchestration approachesLead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholdersCreate detailed solution design documents, technical specifications, and project documentationProvide best practice recommendations for email marketing, mobile messaging, and customer engagementPartner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Marketing Cloud solutionsThis is a hybrid role and requires three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, Orlando or Nashville.What you need:Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and leading the implementation of solutions with Salesforce Marketing CloudBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus points if you have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperExperience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data orchestration toolsKnowledge of marketing analytics and attribution modelsExperience with agile project management methodologiesBackground in digital marketing strategy or marketing operationsUnderstanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Familiarity with customer experience design principles"Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant CertificationSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification"Data Cloud ExperienceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
