Sr. Real Estate Business Analyst

Job Summary and Responsibilities Support the National Real Estate Services leadership team specifically the SSVP in analysis of strategic opportunities, managing professional team development programs, task force administration, system leadership reporting, program development and assessment, NRES performance and KPI evaluations, Value Capture program implementation, and data gathering and analysis to support the optimization of the National Real Estate Services (NRES) program. Identify areas of concern and work with SSVP to develop solutions that could include projects, programs, assessments, reports, or process improvements. Contribute to development of solutions that affect all of NRES and key stakeholders throughout CSH. Take ownership of key NRES initiatives assigned, having significant and direct impact on the organization related to operational performance, service optimization, and functional integration of the national real estate services into the One NRES platform. Manage and lead active communications, reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications for projects they manage and those overall NRES initiatives led by the SSVP and the NRES leadership team. Participate in the RFP process for major outsourcing and right sourcing solutions across the system, responsible for the development of critical documents and the management of data and information needed to ensure a successful procurement process. Report directly to the System Senior Vice President, National Real Estate Services and interface with all NRES VP leaders and leaders across the enterprise Division and National. Gather and organize information and data from within NRES and across CSH necessary for the analysis or development of strategic opportunities and key initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to gather, organize, analyze and process key operational and financial data from across the enterprise. Perform initiative or program assessments – physical, financial and strategic – to support leadership decisions; includes risk assessment and development of decision criteria for each initiative. Be responsible for the management and scheduling of assigned initiatives and projects. Develop tracking, reporting, and dashboard toolkits to be used for initiative management and reporting. Undertake tracking and analysis of all core and strategic NRES programs. Coordinate strategic initiatives with internal teams to execute assigned projects (including ownership of certain key initiatives). Support confidential M&A and Joint Venture development efforts, including data management, targeted analysis, team coordination and presentation of materials and reports. Drive accountability and assist in ensuring that objectives and commitments are met. Ensure effective communications with all key program or initiative stakeholders. Plan and support the NRES leadership team engagements, monthly, quarterly, annually – focusing on analysis of KPI’s and dashboards driving decisions. Develop strategic conclusions and related presentations for review by senior executives and the board of directors. Participate in the development of the NRES diversity program. Engage in the creation of the NRES Talent Development program resulting from the efforts of the Talent Management Task Force. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business (real estate or finance focus) or equivalent of 5‑7 years of business consulting or management experience. Minimum 4‑6 years experience in analysis, coordination, management and consulting. Experience participating in the analysis of significant strategic solutions and business consulting. Real Estate operations experience. Extensive experience in developing reports and presentation materials for delivery of results to senior level executives. #J-18808-Ljbffr CommonSpirit Health
