AllStar Heating & Cooling Corp. is seeking a motivated full-time HVAC/PTAC Helper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced technicians in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and PTAC systems

Support technicians by providing tools, materials, and supplies

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Track equipment and inventory

Help organize the shop and warehouse

Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field

Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude

Basic familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle physical job demands

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Must be drug-free and willing to undergo testing

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation and residence within 15 miles of Carol Stream

Comfortable interacting with customers
