Sr. AI Developer Remote

Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a related bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience.
• We require 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technical design and software development.
• We require at least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML development or data engineering experience in production settings.
• We need strong backend and service development skills, including scalable APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• We need practical experience with AWS services such as S3 and EC2, along with modern data platforms like Snowflake.
• We require experience building, training, deploying, and operationalizing AI models, with familiarity in LLMs, foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• We require proven production experience with workflow orchestration tools such as AWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow, Temporal, or similar.
• We need a solid understanding of data modeling, pipeline design, quality assurance, and governance practices.
• We require comfort with CI/CD, testing, code reviews, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Healthcare experience is a strong advantage.
• We also value hands-on experience with vector databases, A2A frameworks, MCP, AgentCore, Bedrock, S3, AWS, and Snowflake.

• We will build intelligent document processing solutions that extract, classify, and enrich unstructured data using modern AI and ML methods.
• We will design and implement secure, scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS and Snowflake.
• We will develop and integrate autonomous agents using frameworks such as AgentCore and LangGraph to route enterprise data with minimal human oversight.
• We will create production-grade workflow orchestration solutions that emphasize reliability, auditability, and compliance.
• We will build synchronous and asynchronous services, APIs, and microservices that support document ingestion, processing, and downstream use.
• We will apply strong data governance and security practices, including cataloging, lineage, retention, protection, and HIPAA-aligned controls.
• We will collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• We will mentor junior engineers and contribute across the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
