Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction Resolve customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience Meet individual and team scheduling and customer satisfaction goals Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, call center, customer support, reception, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to navigate multiple computer programs while speaking with customers Experience with Microsoft Office and customer management software is a plus Positive attitude and team-first mindset Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer care Our Core Values (PARTE) People First – We treat everyone with respect, compassion, and care.
