Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour , based on experience

We're hiring a Plumbing Assistant to work alongside experienced plumbers while learning the fundamentals of plumbing installation, maintenance, and service.

No previous plumbing experience is required. We're looking for someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. • Assist experienced plumbers with service calls, installations, and replacements

• Help install and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and related equipment

• Prepare tools, materials, and supplies for daily jobs

• Load and unload equipment and materials

• Learn basic plumbing techniques and troubleshooting procedures

• Support plumbing projects by measuring, cutting, and preparing materials

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Follow instructions and established safety procedures

• Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly

• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

• No previous plumbing experience necessary

• Interest in learning plumbing and developing a skilled trade career

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools or learning how to use them

• Ability to perform physically active work

• Willingness to follow directions and learn from experienced team members

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Previous experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, warehouse operations, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.
