Dental Office Manager

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the dental field (as a dental assistant and/or front office clerk) with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in a community health or FQHC setting. Current CPR certification, 8-hour Infection Control certification, and completion of a radiation safety course are required. Familiarity with dental insurance coding, claims processing, and dental software (such as Dentrix or NextGen) is essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day dental operations and patient services across multiple clinic locations Manage front and back office staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions Ensure efficient front office processes (patient registration, scheduling, appointment management, and phone handling) and back office operations (sterilization, patient intake, chairside assistance, and patient education) Handle financial functions including billing, collections, insurance claims, coding, Point of Sale systems, and budgeting Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and other regulatory standards Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials, coordinate with purchasing and vendors, and support quality improvement initiatives and reporting This is a temporary leadership opportunity for an experienced dental office manager to step into a multi-clinic role and support high-quality patient care and operational excellence in a collaborative community health environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
