The Construction Project Manager oversees construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires coordination among teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively.

 

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all construction activities and schedules
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Oversee subcontractors and project teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and clients
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress regularly
