Patient Access Operations Lead - Training & Support

Springfield Clinic Main Campus

Springfield Clinic is looking for an Operations Lead to oversee the Patient Concierge, PAS, and Call Center teams in Springfield, Illinois. This critical role involves training, support, and daily operations management to enhance patient experience. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with a diverse population.
