Part-Time Nanny

Full-Time/Part-Time Nanny Opportunity Location: Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough County Pay: $19–$23/hour, depending on experience Schedule: 20-40 hours a week (Part-Time and Full-Time) We are currently hiring for a few families in the area. Schedules will vary but typically range between 20 and 40 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy supporting families as they establish routines and long-term care relationships. Families are seeking hands-on, nurturing nannies to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children in a home setting. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. Compensation: $19 – $23 hourly Qualifications Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work Previous infant care experience required Reliability is essential Strong communication skills and attentiveness CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Clean background check and professional childcare references (no family or friend references) Ability to safely lift and carry an infant and get on the floor to play Non-Smoker Responsibilities The ideal nanny will have strong experience with young children and be knowledgeable about early developmental milestones, routines, and age‑appropriate engagement. This is a long‑term position, and families are looking for a nanny who can offer stability and communication through key early childhood stages.
