Portfolio Associate

Axos Bank Target Range: $75,000.00/Yr. - $100,000.00 Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon achievement of performance goals and targets. Responsibilities Monitor assigned NRELF loan portfolio for payments, maturities, covenant compliance, and required documentation. Track, escalate, and document covenant breaches, exceptions, and emerging credit risks. Support quarterly and annual loan reviews, including financial analysis and risk rating recommendations. Assist with amendments, waivers, extensions, and ongoing portfolio maintenance. Support portfolio reporting, stress testing exercises, and audit/regulatory requests. Maintain accurate loan data and ownership in nCino and related systems. Identify data issues and contribute to process and reporting improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1–3+ years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or commercial lending. Working knowledge of financial statements, credit agreements, and covenant structures. Strong Excel skills; experience with credit systems (nCino, Moody’s, or similar) preferred. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
