Operations Lead, Donation Center & Team Training
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple locations, coordinate training and onboarding, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. You will travel between sites to support business needs, mentor Team Members, and collaborate with departments to achieve operational goals.
