Lead or assist with training sessions for new and current Security Officers. Track employee progress through required training and follow up on incomplete items. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and expiration dates. Help keep training materials and handouts organized and up to date. Collect post-training feedback and share it with leadership. Answer employee questions about training schedules, requirements, and resources. Prepare basic reports on training completion and upcoming certification renewals.
