NO relocation assistance or housing provided for this role. Shift hours can be: 8:00-4:30 or 2:30-11pm. Weekends a must. The Multi-Functional Resort Associate is a cross‑functional position that is responsible for two or more functions within various daily resort operations. This position ensures that all owners, guests and associates receive our Hospitality with Heart service. Essential Job Responsibilities Guest Services & Bellperson Performs daily Guest Services functions such as guest check‑in and check‑out, answering phones, completing shift check‑list, and posting charges for copies, laundry, food & beverage, and convenience store outlets. Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests. Responds courteously, efficiently and professionally to guest service requests. Directs owner and guest requests to the correct department. Performs light administrative duties such as sending e‑mail correspondence, use of office equipment, posting in Teams, and use of Microsoft Office. Greet guests and provide luggage assistance as needed, including check in, check out, and room moves. Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and more or run errands to exceed guest expectations. Answer questions about amenities and services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions, etc. Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests. Maintain luggage carts to ensure they are in working order and track bell cart inventory. Housekeeping & Inspector Cleans resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms. Maintains and adheres to housekeeping detail standards. Clears, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. Makes beds. Replenishes supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries. Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens. Inspects resort units, ensuring they are clean, functional, and sanitized for owners and guests. Reports status of assignments and communicates readiness of units to Guest Services using property management system. Records, delegates and monitors Housekeeping and Maintenance activity using HotSOS or manual tracking. Maintains resort interior by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, fixtures; washing floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing and mopping floors; cleaning and vacuuming carpets; re‑supplying restrooms and locker rooms with necessary paper products. Documents unit inspections and assists Houseman with supplies and inventory replacement as needed by guests and owners. Assists Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints. Communicates with rooms control/housekeeping coordinator on room status. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications Education: None required. Knowledge and Skills: Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks, ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos, ability to give high priority to customer service, solve problems with minimum supervision, read/write understand English. Basic office skills helpful including basic math, proper cash handling procedures. Must maintain a professional appearance and a can‑do, positive attitude towards all guests and staff. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed. Must be detail oriented. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, use basic office equipment (fax, copier, printers), Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook. Job Experience: 1+ years in a customer‑facing position.
