The Lash Lounge Shiloh – Green Mount Crossing is a no drama, local family owned and operated premier eyelash salon.  At The Lash Lounge we pride ourselves on our proprietary training approach to healthy lash extensions which focuses on the health and care of our guests natural lashes.  The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. Our salon creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and provides our guests a personalized experience in an elegant, relaxing, and sanitary salon setting.  Our mission is to help every guest look and feel beautiful so they can effortlessly face the world with confidence!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a a Dynamic Professional Stylist who loves giving Clients confidence through lash extensions and other services we provide. Our Professional Stylists enjoy working with other like-minded stylists and possess the ability to work well with others while simultaneously being able to sell memberships and make the guest want to return. Our Professional Stylists understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, are highly motivated, mature, friendly and responsible! Lastly, our stylists enjoy a fun and jovial work environment and take part in our team building events.. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND STERILE WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Create excellent welcoming experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive Lash Lounge after care products
• Understand and promote products
• Perform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral program.
• Work under the direct supervision of an experienced Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active or soon to possess an Illinois Cosmetology or Esthetics license 
• Customer service focused; love your guests
• Flexibility with schedules and appointments
• Mature and strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Works well with others
