As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Structural Engineer in our Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) office locations. Responsibilities include: Lead and provide technical guidance to structural project teams. Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met. Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency. Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning. Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions. The successful candidate must have all the following: Bachelor\'s degree incivil or architectural engineeringwith a structural focus from an accredited college or university. At least 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering. PE license in any state and have the ability to obtain in additional states as needed. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Expertise in various structural design types, including concrete and steel. Experience in design and analysis for structural systems for various types of projects. Proven track record as a project lead. Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.
