Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bessemer, AL

Shifts: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 9:00am - 8:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 11:00am - 8:00pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and services.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and documentation.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
