For more information on the Bureau of Information and Technology, please visit Responsibilities The Bureau of Information and Technology (BIT) has a full-time permanent position open for a Support Services Analyst. Under administrative supervision, applies depth of knowledge and skill in complex and varied work situations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include imaging and deployment of computers, installing and configuring software and peripherals and assisting users during deployments. Other duties include, but are not limited to; troubleshooting hardware/software failures, processing break/fix tickets, replacing network equipment and creating documentation.
