Job Summary

We are seeking an Estimator, Sales, PM for a direct hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a fire protection or construction professional who enjoys a blended position involving estimating, sales support, project management, customer communication, and coordination with field and design teams.

This is a 100% onsite role in a collaborative office environment where teamwork, accuracy, accountability, and strong communication are key to success. The position offers the opportunity to manage fire sprinkler system installation projects from estimate through completion while working closely with experienced leadership, design staff, field teams, subcontractors, general contractors, and owners.

The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent records and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Estimate and manage fire sprinkler system installation projects while controlling schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and overall project performance.
- Review construction documents, contracts, change orders, project specifications, RFIs, permits, and submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, design teams, field staff, and internal departments to keep projects on schedule.
- Track project costs, purchase orders, change orders, billing, meeting minutes, fabrication schedules, and project documentation.
- Perform estimating tasks including hydraulic calculations, seismic bracing layouts and pricing, underground system bids, hydrant calculations, and sales department estimates.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication, timely updates, and strong customer service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite in office.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
