Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pathologist to become a part of our in-house pathology team. This position presents a fantastic chance to integrate into a well-established practice that boasts efficient operational workflows and robust support from hospital management.

Due to recent growth within our system, this role is essential for maintaining high-quality diagnostic services and ensuring continuity in pathology care.

The incoming pathologist will collaborate with two experienced colleagues, facilitating a smooth onboarding process and fostering strong teamwork. This full-time role is based in Athens, GA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pathology residency program
• Board Certification from the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
• Medical licensure in the state of Georgia
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to teamwork and excellence in service
