Unit Notes
- Radius:: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

26-bed inpatient adult behavioral health department.

Unit Psych RN
- Nurse:Patient Ratios 1:06
"Required certifications (ie BLS, CPI, AVADE, etc...)" BLS
- Patient Populations/Common diagnoses 55+ geri psych, do accept dementia as a primary diagnosis, bipolar is second highest
- Do you use physical restraints on this unit? Have a seclusion room, but not staffed to take 1:1 at this time
- Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? n/a
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 12 hour shifts
- Weekend Requirements At least every third weekend
- Holiday Requirements yes
