Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at Sonesta Simply Suites, a mid-scale extended-stay hotel known for comfort and simplicity. If you're passionate about guest service, team leadership, and hotel efficiency—we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenanceEnsure exceptional service and clean, well-maintained roomsBuild lasting relationships with long-term guestsTrain, lead, and support your team to deliver on Sonesta standardsMonitor financial performance and manage payroll, inventory, and cost controlsHandle guest concerns with professionalism and careMaintain brand compliance and safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For:2–5 years of hotel management experience (extended-stay a plus)Strong leadership and customer service skillsComfortable with hotel tech and property management systems (PMS)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidaysHigh school diploma required; hospitality degree preferredWhat You’ll Get:Competitive salary + performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities with SonestaPositive, team-oriented work cultureApply today and join a growing team where your leadership makes a daily impact.
