Position Overview:

MN8 Energy is seeking a highly organized Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring activity and growth. This role will help keep the recruiting process running efficiently by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems and documentation, supporting job postings and offers, and ensuring candidates and hiring teams have a seamless experience throughout the hiring process.

This is a temporary position expected to last 6–12 months , with the opportunity to gain exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Hybrid work environment, onsite Tuesdays through Thursday and work from home Mondays and Fridays.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, You will:

• Coordinate high volumes of interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, including complex scheduling and candidate travel when needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation, including drafting offer letters, coordinating approvals, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
• Create, update, and manage job postings across MN8 Energy’s career site, external job boards, and required state job sites.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within recruiting systems and tools.
• Support recruiting vendors and staffing agencies by coordinating communication, tracking activity, and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and resume review as business needs require.
• Prepare recruiting reports, presentations, trackers, and other materials for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support university and campus recruiting activities, and external talent partnerships.
• Assist with recruiting-related employer branding and social media initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline and automate recruiting processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support recruiting compliance activities and help ensure processes and records are maintained consistently.
• Provide support for special projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR administration, or a similar administrative role preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), HRIS, or other recruiting technology preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of scheduling requests, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and equal employment opportunity practices is a plus.
