This role involves providing individual, couples, and family therapy, conducting thorough intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering ongoing, evidence-based interventions. The therapist will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers as needed, and uphold professional and ethical standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing a consistent caseload, engaging in case consultation with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment. The therapist may also assist with community outreach, referrals, and occasional educational workshops to support the practice’s mission.\nQualifications\n\n Demonstrated skills in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy, with experience supporting couples and families through various relational challenges.\n Strong background in Counseling and Psychology, including the use of evidence-based modalities suited to relational and individual concerns.\n Competence in addressing Mental Health needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress within a relational and systemic context.\n Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.\n Eligible licensure in Colorado (e.g., MFTC or equivalent) and commitment to maintaining all regulatory and ethical standards.\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.\n Experience or strong interest in working with diverse populations and commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice.\n Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain organized records, and use electronic health record systems efficiently.\n
