The Advisor III, Cloud Development role on the Midstream Business Systems team focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions and driving operational efficiencies across the Midstream organization. This position requires a strong technical foundation, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in an agile environment to support and resolve complex business software challenges. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for learning, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications that support Midstream.
• Collaborating with project teams, business analysts, enterprise architects, database administrators, and developers to design and implement solutions for business challenges.
• Automating processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensuring solutions meet or exceed compliance and audit requirements.
• Applying agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for code deployment and integration.

What You'll Bring - Required

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 or more years of experience in application development, software maintenance, or related IT roles
• Intermediate or higher proficiency designing, debugging, and supporting application software
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with testing processes, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Intermediate or higher proficiency supporting or integrating with databases, APIs, or third‑party systems

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred

• 5 or more years of experience in software development
• Oil and Gas industry experience, particularly in Midstream operations
• Experience with DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of standard support concepts, practices, and procedures related to cloud technologist
• Expertise in automating testing, monitoring, alerting, and security scans
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Compensation Range


This position has a base salary range of $121,500 - $148,500.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
