We value curiosity, a learning mindset, and thoughtful execution in a fast-paced environment.As a Finance Business Management, Digital & Platform Services-Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Business Management, you support the Office of the COO by coordinating priorities, insights, and executive-ready communications across Digital & Platform Services (D&PS). You'll operate horizontally across teams and lines of business, bringing context, structure, and follow-through to complex initiatives. You'll help translate strategy into measurable progress and clear messaging for senior leadership.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with D&PS leaders to drive top priorities and key areas of focus on behalf of the organization's co-leadsCoordinate cross-functional planning and execution across Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, and Communications partnersSupport strategic narratives and leadership communications for major firmwide and business events, reviews, and senior forumsTrack objectives and key results (OKRs) against defined metrics, escalating risks and delays and preparing leadership-ready updatesDraft and coordinate internal announcements and communications plans, incorporating feedback from stakeholder partnersMonitor engagement and feedback signals to inform future communications and improve reach and clarityConduct ad hoc, data-driven analyses to support decision-making, synthesizing findings into concise insights for senior leadersCreate context and storytelling for accomplishments and key initiatives, tailoring messages to different audiencesFacilitate preparation for recurring leadership meetings and town halls, including materials, run-of-show support, and follow-upsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience supporting cross-functional work, with strong attention to detail and an interest in end-to-end processesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels in a global environmentExperience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership audiencesProficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint), including intermediate-to-advanced features such as pivot tablesAbility to understand business objectives and identify/track meaningful metrics aligned to those objectivesAbility to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlinesCuriosity about technology, data, artificial intelligence, and financial services, with interest in industry trends and competitive dynamicsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsWorking knowledge of generative AI tools (including internally approved platforms) and their application to process improvement and productivityExperience simplifying complex strategy into clear, coherent messages for senior leaders and broad audiencesFamiliarity with dashboards or reporting in support of an OKR framework (or similar performance management approach)Internship or early-career experience in strategy and/or consulting environmentsAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
