Assistant Federal Public Defender

City-of-Tucso

The City of Tucson's Public Defender's Office seeks an Assistant Public Defender to advise indigent clients and handle direct and collateral consequences of criminal prosecution. You will cover pretrial functions, conduct client interviews, review evidence, draft documents, and participate in plea negotiations and trials in City Court. This on-site role requires court appearances both in person and for client assistance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
