Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Job Summary Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring part‑time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our adult foster care home in Sandstone, MN. As a DSP you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. Position Details 32 hours per week, shifts 7 am‑10 pm, every other weekend required. Salary: $18.75‑$19.25 per hour. Perform household duties. Behavioral management. Assist with personal hygiene and medical care. Coordinate community activities (shopping, concerts, dining, movies, fitness, outdoor recreation). Develop meaningful relationships and participate in a person‑centered culture. Support 24/7 operations with shifts during the week and every other weekend. Qualifications Pass a post‑offer background check. Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.
