We are looking for a Client Success Associate to help strengthen client relationships, coordinate day to day service delivery, and ensure a consistently positive experience for our clients and candidates.
Position Overview

The Client Success Associate will serve as an important point of contact for assigned clients, supporting relationship management, communication, issue resolution, reporting, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for a highly organized, service oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and build trust in a fast paced staffing and workforce solutions environment.

This is a fully remote position, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a location where Cook Roofing Company is able to employ them.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stake holders.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for client questions, requests, and service related matters.
• Coordinate with recruiting, operations, HR, payroll, and account management teams to support successful client engagements.
• Monitor client needs, open items, service requests, and follow ups to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and activity within internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Prepare and maintain reports, status updates, and performance information for internal and client facing use.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality, communication, and overall client satisfaction.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and ongoing coordination for client and workforce activities as assigned.
• Participate in client meetings and internal team discussions as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business, employee, and client information professionaly.
• Contribute to process improvements and other initiatives that enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client success, customer success, account coordination, staffing, recruiting, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong problem solving and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and business/CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and a professional, service oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or b2b client service experience is preferred but not required.
