Senior Analyst, FP&A

Leading financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Senior Analyst, FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial performance management for the Product, Technology & Analytics organization Create and enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve executive visibility and support data-driven investment decisions Develop insights and recommendations for leadership on budget performance, variance analysis, and investment trade-offs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical discipline 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and influence cross-functional stakeholders Familiarity with operating expense management, forecasting, and executive reporting is a plus
