Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - Milwaukee, WI

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to support neuromodulation pain intervention therapies in the Milwaukee area. The role involves surgical coverage, patient education, device programming, clinical troubleshooting, and relationship management with healthcare providers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical device support during surgical procedures and ensure equipment availability
• Manage patient care across clinical phases with education on product features and benefits
• Conduct device programming, testing, troubleshooting, and follow-up in hospitals and clinics
• Educate physicians and healthcare personnel through training sessions and clinical seminars
• Manage inventory accuracy, product tracking, and compliance with company policies and reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 6 years clinical or medical sales experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Proficiency with Excel, mobile devices, iPad, laptop, and Samsung tablet
• Registered nurse or healthcare professional preferred with sterile environment experience
• Experience with implantable neurological devices and pain management specialty areas
• Knowledge of medical device operations and basic healthcare reimbursement
