This individual will play a key role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. Position Summary: The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the dietary department, including menu planning, staff supervision, food safety, and regulatory compliance. This leader will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support resident health, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
