Product Operations Associate

MeeBoss is looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our Product Team. This role focuses on building the operational systems and processes that help the Product Team better understand customers, prioritize product needs, and execute effectively. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and customer-facing teams to organize customer feedback, identify recurring product issues and opportunities, support product launches, and ensure insights from customers consistently inform product decisions. As MeeBoss grows, this role will evolve into a more strategic Product Operations position with increasing ownership of product workflows, customer insight systems, product analytics, launch operations, and cross-functional execution. What You’ll Do Product Operations Support day-to-day product operations and continuously improve internal workflows. Manage and organize customer feedback, feature requests, product issues, and recurring customer needs. Build and maintain systems for tracking product feedback and customer insights. Identify patterns across customer feedback, product issues, and usage behavior. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and follow up on customer-reported issues. Improve processes for product launches, feature rollouts, and internal coordination. Track customer feedback and usage after new features are released and help evaluate their impact. Help create clear visibility into product issues, priorities, ownership, and follow-up actions. Customer & Product Insights Consolidate insights from customer conversations, support requests, usage data, and other customer-facing teams. Identify recurring pain points, usability issues, and feature requests. Translate qualitative and quantitative customer information into clear, actionable product insights. Help Product teams understand how customers are using MeeBoss and where they experience friction. Support customer interviews and user research when deeper product understanding is needed. Represent customer insights in Product and Engineering discussions. Product Adoption & Analytics Analyze customer behavior and product engagement patterns. Help define and track product metrics such as activation, feature adoption, engagement, and retention. Identify features or workflows with low adoption and investigate potential causes. Partner with the Product Team to evaluate whether new features are changing customer behavior. Develop ideas and experiments to improve onboarding, activation, feature adoption, and product stickiness. What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of problems. Genuine interest in product operations, product development, and customer-driven product improvement. Nice to Have Experience in product operations, product management, customer insights, user research, or a related field. Experience working with B2B or SaaS products. Experience conducting customer interviews or user research. Familiarity with spreadsheets, dashboards, analytics tools, or product analytics platforms. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Experience using AI tools to improve research, analysis, or operational workflows.
